Job Description

  • Develop and execute the regional sales and market strategy across Southeast Asia to achieve sustainable growth
  • Own revenue, order intake, margin performance, and forecast accuracy for the region
  • Lead and develop a team of account managers while setting a strong performance-driven culture
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Drive major strategic pursuits, including complex bids and long-cycle sales opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Represent the business at industry forums, conferences, and strategic partner engagements

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience within energy, utilities, or technology-driven infrastructure environments
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, solution-based sales and regional growth strategies
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and sales pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and close high-value, strategic deals
  • Experience leading teams and driving performance across multiple markets
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to align customer needs to technical solutions
