Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater project sales across Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.

This is a hands‑on, sales‑driven role focused on project‑based product sales, primarily through EPCs, contractors, consultants, and municipal end users. The role carries full ownership of regional sales performance and pipeline development.

You will also be challenged to the following:

  • Drive municipal water and wastewater project sales across SEA markets and Hong Kong (Experience selling to Australia and South Korea water utilities is a plus)
  • Actively identify, develop, and convert new project opportunities
  • Sell engineered water treatment products, including
  • Work closely with EPCs, engineering consultants, and utility stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and manage a robust project pipeline to achieve more than SGD 5 annual revenue
  • Support tendering, bid positioning, and technical coordination with internal teams
  • Expand market reach by developing and managing distributor networks, particularly in Vietnam
  • Provide accurate forecasting and regional sales reporting



The Successful Applicant

Essential Experience

  • Proven background in municipal water or wastewater project sales
  • Strong track record of hunting and winning new projects
  • Experience selling engineered capital equipment (not consumables or bulk supply)
  • Solid understanding of EPC‑led project sales models
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia and Hong Kong



Ideal Profile

  • 9+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Strong regional network with utilities, EPCs, and consultants
  • Experience developing or expanding distributor channels
  • Commercially driven with sufficient technical credibility to sell complex products
