The role carries full ownership of regional sales performance and pipeline development.You will also be challenged to the following:Drive municipal water and wastewater project sales across SEA markets and Hong Kong (Experience selling to Australia and South Korea water utilities is a plus)Actively identify, develop, and convert new project opportunitiesSell engineered water treatment products, includingWork closely with EPCs, engineering consultants, and utility stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleBuild and manage a robust project pipeline to achieve more than SGD 5 annual revenueSupport tendering, bid positioning, and technical coordination with internal teamsExpand market reach by developing and managing distributor networks, particularly in VietnamProvide accurate forecasting and regional sales reportingThe Successful ApplicantEssential ExperienceProven background in municipal water or wastewater project salesStrong track record of hunting and winning new projectsExperience selling engineered capital equipment (not consumables or bulk supply)Solid understanding of EPC‑led project sales modelsAbility to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholdersWillingness to travel across Southeast Asia and Hong KongIdeal Profile9+ years of relevant sales experienceStrong regional network with utilities, EPCs, and consultantsExperience developing or expanding distributor channelsCommercially driven with sufficient technical credibility to sell complex productsWhat's on OfferThis is a high‑impact regional sales role offering full ownership of Southeast Asia and Hong Kong, with direct exposure to major municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
