This is a perm role based in Singapore.

Job Description

You will report directly to the MD of APAC, this role is responsible for managing and supporting sales operations across Thailand and Vietnam. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing sales strategies and collaborating with retail partners to drive monthly targets.
  • Conducting market analysis and competitor tracking.
  • Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and detailed sell-out reports.
  • Managing stock allocation and inventory, including scheduling deliveries and logistics reporting.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners and customers.
  • Supporting customer engagement initiatives, including intimate events and database management.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams on customer events and international projects.
  • Assisting in institutional relationships within arts, culture, and heritage.



The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful in the role, you should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury watches, jewelry, fashion, or automotive industry.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for luxury retail and relationship management.
