Job Description

  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with distributors to achieve sales, margin, and visibility targets.
  • Monitor and review distributor performance, ensuring sales objectives and KPIs are met.
  • Maximize channel coverage and optimize sales fundamentals through distributor partnerships.
  • Track in-market sales performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Implement trade visibility, display programs, and product launch strategies.
  • Drive in-store visibility improvements, including shelf, display, and promotional activities.
  • Manage trade spend effectively within agreed budgets and report expenditures.
  • Analyze sales data, provide business updates, and share best practices across teams.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of business growth and strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the Asia Pacific market, especially Southeast Asia, is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Resilient under pressure, highly collaborative, and able to adapt quickly to challenges.
  • Experience working in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
