Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day sales operations for events, aiming to meet and exceed personal sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies, focusing on exhibitor numbers, sponsorship revenues, and overall yield.
    • Monitor sales plans to ensure targets are met within budget, including managing outbound call volumes and face-to-face meetings.
    • Develop new revenue streams through creative sponsorships.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success at events.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with various departments, such as Operations and Marketing, to ensure the smooth execution of events.
    • Collaborate with the China Market team and Group Event Director to create and implement effective sales plans.

The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the events industry. Experience in selling exhibition solutions to businesses of all sizes is highly desirable. A motivated and well-organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment will excel in this role.
