Reporting to the General Manager, you will be working on projects in key industrial markets (ie. Oil & Gas, Marine, Pharmaceutical etc). As an individual contributor, you will be consistently engaging with key stakeholders (eg. EPC, M&E consultants, contractors etc) and will be responsible for driving business growth via both distributors and direct sales with about 50% of regional travels.

Job Description



  1. Drive Business Growth - Expand and maintain the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and developing targeted sales strategies across key markets, including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and South Korea.


  2. Customer & Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, contractors, M&E consultants, and EPCs, while handling all business negotiations effectively.


  3. Sales Network Development - Establish and manage an indirect sales network by strategically selecting and overseeing agents and distributors in the assigned region. Manage projects with direct end-users when opportunities arise.


  4. Market Intelligence & Reporting - Gather customer and market insights, monitor competitor activities, and provide detailed sales reports, quotations, and CRM updates to support business decisions.


  5. Strategic Sales Execution - Conduct regular customer visits, implement sales tactics aligned with business strategies, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts to drive regional revenue growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • About 8 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth within industrial sectors; with at least 5 years of experience managing a regional portfolio (ie. SEA/APAC)
  • Skilled in building and managing long-term relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and contractors while effectively negotiating and driving sales growth
  • Experienced in channel sales management and conducting periodical analysis of distributors' performance to ensure growth in targeted regional markets
