Job Description

Sales Growth & Strategy: Drive sales to meet/exceed APAC targets, assign targets to distributors, and implement strategies for profitable growth through campaigns and innovative sell-out initiatives.

Channel Management & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong dealer channels, manage relationships with distributors, key dealers, and influencers to ensure brand engagement and growth.

Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with the regional Marketing team to execute eCommerce, digital marketing, and influencer strategies, along with in-store experience enhancements.

Training & Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure regular training for internal/external stakeholders and maintain consistent meetings with external and internal teams for alignment and execution.

Market & Portfolio Assessment: Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and product portfolio performance, providing actionable insights and forecasts to support demand planning and revenue growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • More than 8 years of experience in a Professional Audio (Retail) industry in a related sales or business development role
  • A strong background in Audio Retail products and ecommerce experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and objectives
  • Ability to understand business requirements and effectively present and articulate a business plan that includes focused action items, timelines, and stakeholders
