Our client is seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager / Assistant Director to spearhead sales and strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia and South Asia.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including FMCG and hygiene product manufacturers (baby diapers, adult incontinence, feminine care).
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful execution of sales agreements.
  • Work closely with logistics, planning, technical, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer support.
  • Provide market insights on industry trends, competitive activity, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance, oversee payment collection, and assess credit risks.
  • Drive innovation by collaborating with customers on product trials and technical approvals.
  • Maintain flexibility for regional travel to engage with customers and partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within fluff pulp, super absorbent polymers, or hygiene product manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of the absorbent materials supply chain, from raw materials to finished products.
  • Track record of working with global FMCG, hygiene, or industrial manufacturing clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive commercial initiatives and problem-solve effectively.
