Regional Sales Executive - Industrial Services

This is a front-line commercial role focused on developing new customer relationships while growing existing accounts across industrial markets, particularly in the precious metal and refinery space. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored commercial solutions and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial and commercial customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal development and negotiation
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat and incremental business
  • Monitor market conditions and pricing dynamics to support informed commercial decisions
  • Coordinate with internal operations and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to account planning activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years experience in business development and consultative sales environments
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and close commercial negotiations
  • Track record of achieving sales targets in B2B or industrial markets
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working in a regional context (Asia)
  • Willingness to travel as part of the role.
  • Owning a vehicle would be an advantage.
