Our client is one of the largest pork companies in the world. They have global operations in China, US and key markets in Europe and have more than 100,000 employees worldwide today. This position is accountable for selling commodity food products and establishing strong market presence in the SEA market.

Job Description

As the Regional Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth across Southeast Asia. This position focuses on expanding customer base, strengthening long-term relationship and delivering profitable results in the global pork and packaged meats category.

Other responsibilities include:

· Sell commodity food products to customers across Southeast Asia.

· Actively prospect and meet potential clients to maintain strong pipeline of leads.

· Discover new channel growth opportunities, and gaps in current market to penetrate.

· Identify, engage and secure new customer accounts to expand overall market reach.

· Manage structured deals and negotiations across different market segments.

The Successful Applicant

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· Minimum 4 years of sales experience, with relevant experience in meat industry preferred.

· Experience in trading sales (such as rubber, coffee beans, precision metal, oil) is also advantageous.

· Detail-oriented with strong workflow process management and issue-resolution skills.

· Highly self-motivated individual, and an independent thinker.

· Strong ability to exercise judgement in analysing, evaluating and solving complex problems.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office software applications.
