Reporting to the APAC BD Director, you will play a pivotal role in blending technical pre-sales, solution design, and partner support with business development responsibilities. You will work closely within teams to build strong channel relationships, engage end-users, and deliver value across the full sales cycle - from solution demonstrations to post-sales technical enablement.

Job Description

  • Achieve sales targets in line with APAC growth objectives.


  • Deliver technical pre-sales support (solution design, demos, site surveys, tender documentation).


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and end-users across Southeast Asia and selected APAC markets.


  • Provide product training and enablement for partners and customers.


  • Act as a technical representative at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.


  • Coordinate with global support teams for troubleshooting and customer success.


  • Collect market feedback to help shape APAC go-to-market strategy.



The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related discipline)
  • About 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales or pre/post-sales support, including at least 2 years in regional markets
  • Self-driven and comfortable in a remote role, with an approximated 40% regional travel
  • Experience with tender processes and public-sector procurement will be an advantage
