The company is committed to combating climate change while also adding value to society. They are currently looking for a Retail Operations and Excellence Manager to contribute to this area.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Department, your primary responsibilities will be to take ownership of the Beauty & Fragrance products' retail SOP while leading and driving store operations efficiency and process optimization. You will also be responsible for accelerating retail excellence for all retail stores' Points of Sales across APAC through regional projects and initiatives.Additional responsibilities will include:

  • To drive regional Retail SOP projects, including the creation of new policies and procedures, the redesign and regular updates of existing content, communications, and market deployment.
  • Create a cross-functional community to contribute to SOP discussions, decision making, and governance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and transparent policy.
  • Expressing regional needs to seek collaborations, leverage global offerings, and adopt and adapt to meet both regional and market needs.
  • Recognize key challenges and hot topics while encouraging cross-market exchange and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

You must have a Degree and at least 8 years of retail experience in a multinational company with an exposure in management of regional retail stores for consumer products. You must have problem-solving and organization skills to facilitate resolution of problems with relevant stakeholders. Front-line experience is also necessary, as well as the ability to work autonomously when under pressure.
