As part of this commitment, they are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Regional Project Procurement Manager to assist them and contribute in this area.

Job Description

Reporting to the Director, your main responsibilities is to manage both operational and strategic component of Procurement function for the designated project. This is an individual contributor position covering a Regional Portfolio and you are expected to be comfortable dealing with clients directly. Travel is required of at least 20% capacity.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • To effectively manage all RFQ process that is tied down to a specific project.
  • Good commercial and business acumen to negotiate price/terms/delivery, preparation of commercial/technical bid packages for management approval.
  • Responsible to lead the supplier selection process in conjunction with strategic sourcing initiative for the respective projects assign.
  • To maintain and develop positive supplier relationships.
  • Stakeholder Management.

The Successful Applicant

You must have a Degree and a minimum of 4 years experience within the Petrochemical/Oil & Gas Industry with exposure in Project Management. Good strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and discipline are necessary. You should be able to work independently and also have strong leadership experience with good communication skills to work with different levels of Stakeholders.
