About Our Client
Our Client is a renowned Retail MNC that dominates the Consumer Products industry with presence in multiple countries. Our client aims to continuously cater and fulfil consumer's requirements in their ever-evolving product range hence they are seeking for a Regional Project Manager (Supply Chain Initiatives) to assist them and contribute in this area.
*To lead project initiatives and activities while managing effective and timely conveyance on project progress and results to key stakeholders.
*To execute overall project management and workstream deliverables/KPIs that includes project planning, milestone accomplishments and observations.
*To design and pilot analytics framework to contribute to project targets and supply chain productivity KPIs.
* To perform project budgeting & control, while directing and supervising all aspects of SCM function process and technological flow in regards to new DC strategy.
*To support regional best practices and process standardization through detailed project implementation.
* To provide advice and assistance to Supply Chain operations team while taking charge of development in continuous process improvement.
The Successful Applicant
You should have a Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain and have significant years of related working experience in the Retail/FMCG Industry from a Supply Chain Management (logistics, planning and DC operations project implementation) background. It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to be strong in negotiation and supplier management experience. You must possess very strong influencing skills to be able to deliver value and advice to clients and stakeholders; You also must have analytical skills and data interpretation in order to use these metrics to discover areas of business improvement and drive performance. Additional knowledge of SAP/WMS/eCom system will be an advantage.
