Job Description

  • Lead the analysis of customer strategies and requirements within the data center energy sector in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Drive insights into industry trends and emerging opportunities, support field offices in identifying key focus areas and strategic paths, and provide guidance to product teams to enhance competitiveness at different stages.
  • Analyze market trends and customer challenges, execute strategic plans, and collaborate with product teams to define regional product advantages and establish industry leadership.
  • Engage deeply with customer operations and business processes, position as a trusted advisor, and provide actionable recommendations to support their growth and development.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Electrical engineering/ Automation/ Power electronics, or equivalent
  • 8 years+ experience with the energy solutions, and core products related to power supply and cooling systems for large-scale data centers.
  • Product planning or development of UPS or cooling systems for data centers.
  • Designing power supply or cooling systems for large scale data centers.
