We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end sourcing and supplier engagement for critical services and equipment across APAC.

Job Description

  • Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including RFx development, bid evaluation, and supplier selection
  • Collaborate with Operations and Legal to align procurement strategies with business objectives
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable terms
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic negotiations and supplier consolidation
  • Partner with internal teams to forecast demand and support capacity planning
  • Ensure compliance with procurement governance and regional regulations

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement or sourcing, ideally in technology or infrastructure sectors
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficiency in procurement tools and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and execute strategies with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with regional procurement laws and practices (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong)
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
