Job Description

  • Responsible to set up the wholesale planning team to support the businesses in APAC
  • Manage the transition from a country driven planning capability to a centrally controlled function and leadership team based in Singapore
  • Establish a wholesale planning blue print covering strategic operations, culture as well as financial goals.
  • Standardise processes and templates to support the planning platform rollout.
  • Improve competencies needed within inventory management, planning and allocations.
  • Simplify and standardise information and KPI's across the organisation.
  • Create diagnostic of current processes and roadmap of quick fixes.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10 years experience in demand/inventory/supply/wholesale planning within the FMCG/ Retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Planning Software (SAP/ o9)
  • Strong knowledge of planning models, inventory strategies and Open To Buy logic.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Able to operate efficiently in a matrix environment working closely with global stakeholders
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
