With offices in over 30 countries, our client has a broad global footprint, enabling them to serve both multinational corporations and local businesses effectively.Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Regional Marketing Project Manager to aid in the successful planning and execution of regional marketing programs. This role is responsible for initiating, setting goals, and executing regional multi-channel marketing campaigns, as well as managing a relocation project to ensure expected outcomes are met. Positioned at the core of their regional marketing organization, this role involves close collaboration with their channel expert teams and local marketing teams.Oversee all stages of marketing projects, including initiation, objective setting, KPI definition, planning (timelines, milestones, resource allocation, budgeting, and localization), implementation, amplification, and reporting across various areas such as Content, CRM, Digital, Creative Services, and Research.Determine project requirements and ensure resource availability in collaboration with channel marketing managers and local marketing managers.Contribute to regional marketing planning by proposing regional marketing programs based on business priorities and available resources.Create, coordinate, and distribute campaign and program-level reporting.Maintain the regional marketing calendar and project schedules by utilizing tools to streamline workflows.Proactively collaborate with various marketing streams to ensure the successful implementation and amplification of projects.Identify areas for continuous improvement in collaboration methods and project outcomes.Oversee and prepare the marketing team's knowledge transfer, including documentation, training, and handovers for the relocation project.Ensure business continuity by minimizing disruptions to marketing operations and campaigns.Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.The Successful ApplicantAt least 6 years of project marketing experience in an global MNC environment.Exceptional project management skills, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple, complex projects simultaneously.Proven track record in managing marketing projects and programs across multiple countries.A commercial mindset with the ability to understand business metrics, good understanding of modern brand building and performance marketing concepts to see the bigger picture.Results-oriented, with the ability to build pipelines of client and candidate leads directly from marketing campaigns.Ability to shift between short-term results and longer-term strategic thinking.Ease of collaboration, particularly in adapting regional approaches to local market contexts and business challenges.Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision making.
