Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for the cardiovascular portfolio across the ASEAN region.
  • Oversee professional education initiatives for healthcare professionals, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and product adoption.
  • Design and execute downstream marketing activities to drive product awareness, demand generation, and sales growth.
  • Manage and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals across the region, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory environments within the cardiovascular space.
  • Develop and manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and return on investment (ROI).



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10 years of experience in medical device marketing, with a proven track record of success in the ASEAN region.
  • Strong understanding of the cardiovascular market dynamics and experience with relevant products is highly advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, best practices, and campaign development.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
