Job Description

This high-impact position is ideal for someone with 10+ years of experience in B2B distribution-preferably in the food industry-who thrives in dynamic, low-infrastructure environments and has a strong "total solution" mindset supported by technical sales expertise. You'll lead market development, forge strong distributor partnerships, contribute to regional strategy, and prepare for long-term succession. Success will be measured by revenue growth, market share uplift, distributor execution, and the strength of the local leadership pipeline. The Successful Applicant
