Job Description

  • Lead the resolution of legal dispute by collaborating with external counsel, crafting strategic approaches, and driving execution to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for law enforcement notices, oversee regulatory inspections, and coordinate internal efforts to gather and organise relevant documentation for timely and appropriate responses.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of individual legal cases to uncover systemic risks, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements to mitigate future issues.
  • Proactively support the business in anticipating and managing litigation risks, including providing guidance and training to internal teams on emergency response protocols.

The Successful Applicant

  • Have Law Degree from accredited institution.
  • At least 7 years of litigation experience in a law firm and/or multi-national corporation.
  • Labour law and technology sector experience would be a plus.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and culture.
