They are looking for a Regional Legal Counsel, Asia.

Job Description

Pivotal Legal Role:

  • Provide expert counsel and strategic direction to a global technology powerhouse.
  • Collaborate with senior executives and operational teams across Southeast Asia and India subsidiaries.
  • Manage corporate secretarial matters in the region



Regional Strategy and Global Collaboration:

  • Provide strategic counsel on high-impact commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters.
  • Contribute to a collaborative global legal team.
  • Directly impact the success of a leading technology innovator.

The Successful Applicant

  • Hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a top-tier law school.
  • Have at least 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE with significant experience (5+ years) in a technology-driven multinational company.
  • Deep understanding of the legal, compliance, and commercial challenges faced by MNCs in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate complex commercial agreements.
  • Willingness to tackle new and unfamiliar legal challenges in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement practical legal solutions.
