Hence, there is now an opportunity to join the team as the Regional Learning & Development Senior Manager to drive the end-to-end talent programs to be aligned with their retail strategy.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Being a subject matter expert on training, learning & development ('L&D')'
- Creating and implementing the L&D plan to be in line with business needs
- Championing key internal training programs
- Identifying learning needs and tailoring development programs
- Becoming a brand ambassador for the organisation
- Playing a part in Talent Management strategies i.e. key Talent metrics, retention of talent to support business growth and productivity
The Successful Applicant
As a successful applicant, you will have:
- Degree in HR, Business or a related field
- 8 years or more experience in Learning & Development within the retail luxury industry
- Preferably experienced in designing and executing L&D programs at a regional level
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin to interact with internal and external stakeholders in China
