Job Description

  • Consult and work with executives, including C & D-suite, to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by products and services.

  • Strategic account management approach with exceptional skills in expectation management towards outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growth

  • Responsible of contract value within a territory of major account sized client accounts, with strong focus on growth accounts and finding opportunities to scale.

  • Deep understanding and consistent execution of internal sales methodology

  • Proficient in account planning and execution; and strong understanding of territory management

  • Run forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

  • Maintain competitive knowledge & focus.

The Successful Applicant

  • About 5yrs in consultative sales, plus in financial, compliance, high technology solution with evidence of prior success in growing both new and existing offerings.
  • Client partner - ability to prospect, create and manage executive relationships of medium and large organisations, especially of matrix reporting and governing structure, ability to achieve the state of trusting client relationship.
  • Ability to develop solid account management plan and seeing through the implementation; and strong knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to closing successfully.
  • Team player - proven capability in engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders from cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Care, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance) to achieve client success.
  • Business acumen in communication and presentation skills
  • Has the capacity to manage stakeholders, while also have the ability to present and articulate processes when required.
  • Lead regular business and service review calls with clients effectively and satisfactorily
  • Demonstrate intellect, drive, executive presence and entrepreneurial acumen.
  • Problem-solving skills and always enjoy resolving a challenge
  • Ability to work on tight timelines, well organised, detail oriented, adaptable to changing environment
