About Our Client
A growing company which truly believes in its people.
Reporting to the global HR head, you will provide HR support and strategic direction to key business leaders across Asia. You will be responsible for coaching, guiding and developing the HR team and ensure compliance of HR policies across the region. You will be responsible for dirivng the talent agenda and oversee the sourcing strategy. A full fucntion HR role, you will be resopnsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development and HR strategy.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would have 12 to 15 years of HR experience, of which 5 would be in a managerial role. You should have good international experience across the Asia and be familiar with employment law across the key markets in Asia, especially within the manufacturing sector.You must have experience leading or building a HR team in China.
