About Our Client
Boutique foreign financial institution
The successful individual will be responsible for driving HR policies, procedures, systems and initiatives across Asia. You will also oversee the operational delivery of HR operations requirements for the region including payroll and international mobility. You will also lead the establishment of people processes for new branches/geographies.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 - 10 years of HR operations experience within the financial sector. Payroll experience is a huge plus. End to end HR operations experience across multi-countries in Asia is a must. Team management experience preferred.
