The client seeks to hire a pioneer Regional HR Manager to manage the complete scope of HR functions at the Group Level, and who will partner with the C-suite Management to align the business goals of an agile growth oriented start-up with the implementation of HR framework and initiatives. This role will report to the Group Business Head based in Singapore and focus on both HR and General Affairs for the APAC region.

Job Description

Reporting to the Group Business Head the successful applicant will:

  • As the pioneer HR in the Regional business, design and develop the HR framework including vision and mission in line with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, General Affairs and spearhead HR projects and initiatives across the region.
  • Be a subject matter expert in partnering with Senior leadership to identify requirements in HR processes, frameworks and systems.
  • Project Management at the global scale in collaboration with the Founders to drive business growth.



The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you will have:

  • Degree in HR related field.
  • 8 years in HR management with start-up regional exposure preferred.
  • Highly effective in business partnering, with a strong track record of collaboration with cross-region teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and with ability to adapt to an unstructured work environment.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset.
