About Our Client
Our client is one of the biggest players within the theme park and attraction business globally. With their regional HQ strategically located in Singapore, they are looking for a driven and passionate HR Manager to join them as part of the regional leadership team. You core tasks revolve around driving strategic HR projects and HR operations excellence across the APAC region.
Job Description
- Collaborate, support and advise leadership teams, corporate & regional employees on all people matters such as employee relations, career development and all areas
- Implement global and regional people strategies across the region
- Own and deliver HR services, recruitment and other activities for attraction and HR leads as well as the regional team
- Works with attraction HR teams to provide a professional, consistent, and commercial approach to the management of employee relations issues.
- Drive an Employee Engagement Strategy for the region using initiatives and activities to maximise business outcomes and participation
- Support the process of succession planning and talent management throughout the region
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
- At least 4 years of regional HR experience across multiple cultures in a matrix environment
- Commercial acumen with the ability partner with the business to support delivery of business performance
- Good understanding of recruitment, reward, training and development methodologies
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Able to travel for business purpose across the region (10%)
- Excellent communication skills with high adaptability in a dynamic and fast paced environment
