The role would report to a C-suite leader in Singapore and dotted line to the Global HR team.Define and deliver a cohesive ASEAN HR strategy aligned to business prioritiesDesign and standardise HR policies, frameworks and operating models across marketsEstablish HR governance in compliance with local labour regulationsOversee regional talent acquisition and workforce planning initiativesLead core HR operations including payroll, benefits and HR processesPartner with senior leaders to support organisational effectiveness and scaleAct as the key HR interface between regional teams and global stakeholdersThe Successful Applicant7+ years of progressive Human Resources experienceProven track record managing HR across multiple countries or regionsStrong experience in HR strategy, governance and organisational designHands-on exposure to regional HR operations and talent acquisitionSolid understanding of employment legislation and HR systemsWhat's on OfferThis role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a regional HR agenda within a growing international organisation.
