Job Description

Reporting directly to C-suite, this is a strategic and highly influential role in addressing region-wide needs and creating external key partnership and internal programs with the various business resource groups and councils, pushing the frontier on diversity, equity and inclusion landscape, and across its workforce.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify for this position, the individual will have 10 years of executive experiences working directly with C-suite and senior stakeholders in the topic of Diversity and Inclusion with a solid background in talent management as well as organisation development.
