They are seeking a Regional FP&A Senior Analyst to join their regional controlling division. In this role, you will lead key reporting initiatives and help drive continuous improvements across controlling processes in the region. You will also act as the main FP&A contact for nine market organizations, supporting them on reporting matters and ensuring alignment with regional performance standards.

Job Description

  • Act as the key point of contact for the regional controlling (FP&A) team on product cost analysis and operational expense reporting for the assigned business unit.
  • Lead rolling forecasts for operating expenses and headcount, and manage monthly reporting and performance reviews with regional leadership.
  • Provide financial and controlling support for corporate and regional projects to guide decision-making and change management.
  • Collaborate with the Shared Service Center to support month-end and year-end activities, including tax matters and statutory reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regional requirements.
  • Partner with local markets to share insights, identify improvement areas, and support investment decisions.
  • Take the lead on internal finance process updates and support changes in reporting structures across the region.
  • Be the go-to person for internal and external audit matters within the regional controlling team.
  • Support the Regional Head of Controlling (FP&A) with ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, and senior leadership reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • An MBA or professional qualification such as CPA or CA is highly beneficial.
  • Experience gained from a Big 4 audit firm would be a strong asset.
  • Around 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in an FP&A role.
  • Strong in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, with an eye for turning insights into practical actions.
  • Comfortable working with complex data and translating it into clear, actionable reports.
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Great team player who communicates well and works effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and reporting requirements.
  • Proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools such as Tagetik, SAP Analytics, or Power BI.
  • Open to potential opportunities for international mobility as part of long-term development, with potential rotations every 3 years.
