About Our Client
My client is an advertising agency with an international presence. The organisation executes campaigns delivering and supporting meaningful causes. They have grown significantly over the past few years and are looking to bring in a new Regional FP&A Manager for business continuity needs.
As the Regional FP&A Manager, your role supports all aspects of the commercial, finance and strategic function of the business internationally. Apart from performing the monthly budgeting, forecasting and analysis of key trends, variances, profitability, you will also look into areas of optimization, process improvement etc. You will create financial models, build business cause and provide effective support on key investment decisions. Partnering closely with Legal, Tax and Sales teams, you will provide financial inputs on contract review and proposals, analyse the sales projections and risk, providing sound advice to aid in commercial and strategic decision making. This role reports to the Regional Head of Finance.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are a Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy/Business with at least 7 years of experience. You possess good business acumen, comes with strong communication to present strategies and articulate financial information to leadership team. You are commercially driven, display good learning agility and can work in a thriving environment. You are organised, come with good set up experience and is able to initiate new processes to drive improvements. Meticulous and self-motivated, you are a team player who can work cross functionally across various departments.
