Job Description

  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present accurate management reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial strategies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external audits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Controller/ FP&A should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience in the Energy, renewables, commodities, industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
