The Regional Finance Analyst with a US Listed Medical Technology client, partners closely with commercial teams across SEA to drive financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and insightful analysis. You will lead planning cycles, deliver full P&L analytics and support strategic decision‑making across multiple markets.

Our client is a listed multinational medical devices company with a strong regional presence. The organisation is undergoing continued regional expansion and seeks a high‑calibre finance professional to support strategic growth initiatives across Asia.

Job Description

Reporting to FP&A Director, you will:

  • Lead revenue forecasting, margin analysis and profitability enhancement for SEA region
  • Manage quarterly projections, annual budgeting, and long‑range planning
  • Partner with country GMs and commercial teams to align business targets and communication
  • Conduct full P&L variance analysis for monthly, QTD, and YTD performance
  • Support organic and inorganic growth initiatives through financial modelling and business case analysis
  • Standardise reporting processes and ensure insights meet business needs
  • Provide decision support through analytics, project financials, or strategic assessments
  • Collaborate with controllership to ensure accurate and timely closings
  • Lead market modelling, new business evaluations, and strategic planning efforts
  • Support regional FP&A leadership and country teams on ad‑hoc or strategic projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA, CPA, ACCA qualified
  • At least 6 years of finance experience, including commercial FP&A experience with MNC in a regional capacity
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; hands on with developing dashboards and confidently present to senior leadership
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Independent, collaborative and able to deliver under tight deadlines
