Regional Financial Analyst (1 year contract) - UK MNC

Property Portfolio

• Maintain a centralized property register for the APAC region.
• Monitor office renewals, price increases, and capacity for each location.
• Assist with business case preparation for office renewals and new office locations as needed.
• Manage all property lease-related matters, including lease signings and advising the accounting team on property transaction accounting treatments.
• Assist in the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process for APAC property costs.

India Operations Business Reporting and Analysis

• Utilize Power BI to deliver key performance indicator results for India.
• Use Business Intelligence tools to analyze financial and non-financial data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Support the APAC Operations Director and business partners in achieving shared goals at local, regional, and global levels.
• Identify and investigate variances to forecasts, budgets, and prior-year figures, proactively seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insightful, value-adding analysis.
• Propose and implement reporting improvements as appropriate.
• Assist in the quarterly forecasting process and annual budgeting for India using Tagetik.

Other Duties

• Handle ad-hoc requests from the business and Manager.
