Job Description

  • Lead and manage the finance operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial processes.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage the full audit process, including preparation, coordination, and execution.
  • Handle tax matters, ensuring timely filing and compliance with local and international tax regulations.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure effective use of the ERP system for financial data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive financial strategy and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and enhance internal controls and processes to improve efficiency and safeguard assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.

The Successful Applicant

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and relevant degree in Accountancy or Finance.
  • Proven experience in the F&B or Retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, reporting, audit, and tax compliance.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (MS Dynamics, SAP, etc)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
