We are a seeking for a seasoned Regional EHS Senior Manager to lead initiatives across large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects. This strategic and hands-on role requires an experienced professional to establish robust systems, manage risks and champion best practices within the organization.

Job Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all EHS operations matters, driving system improvements and ensuring adherence to ISO standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively managing hazards within high-impact projects.
  • Build strong relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders on EHS strategies with a long term vision.
  • Initiate system and process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Actively involved in tender and contract processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in EHS, ideally with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
  • Expertise gained from industries such as oil & gas, renewable energy, infrastructure, EPC or similar fields.
  • Willing to dive into details and lead by example as an individual contributor in the initial stage.
  • Solid understanding of ISO certifications and a proven ability to drive improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence decisions across diverse groups.
  • Travel Requirement will be approximately 20%
