About Our Client
Our client is a leading service and solutions provider to the hospitality sector. As part of their international strategy growth plans, there is now a need to hire a Regional Director to be based in their Asia regional office in Singapore to drive this aggressive expansion plans.
As the Regional Head for the business in this Asia cluster, you will be responsible to lead the team in each of the countries and provide the necessary guidance and leadership to help them achieve their respective sales target and office expansion plans. You will be fully responsible for the P&L of the region, and will make necessary changes or transformation with the objective of driving business efficiency and scalability. You will also be required to network and meet with key customers, and be in the forefront to create and foster strong customer relationships and good customer service. Leading a strong sales and key account managers, you will also be required to generate new business opportunities to achieve the aggressive targets of the global organisation in the next 3-5 years
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for this role should possess at least 15 years of relevant working experience in a sales and/or general management in a regional capacity. Experience and having the network in the hospitality sector is critical (B2B sales). You possess excellent communication skills and leadership qualities. You are entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-driven, and has demonstrated a track record of success in growing a business and a team.
