Job Description

The Regional Head of Managed Services Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth across Asia-Pacific region by selling high-value services related to server infrastructure, data centers, and cloud enablement. This is a strategic leadership role focused on enterprise clients, with a mandate to scale managed services offerings across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for managed services, including server-related solutions, cloud migration, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT decision-makers across enterprise and public sector clients.
  • Lead consultative sales efforts, positioning the company's services as mission-critical enablers of digital transformation and infrastructure resilience.
  • Manage and mentor a team of senior sales professionals across multiple markets, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with technology partners, cloud providers, and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless service integration and client satisfaction.
  • Own regional sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to global leadership.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in enterprise IT sales, with a strong focus on managed services, infrastructure, and data center solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling server-related services (not hardware-attached), including cloud enablement, monitoring, and managed hosting.
  • Deep understanding of data center operations, infrastructure architecture, and service delivery models.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading regional teams.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior technology stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and certifications (e.g., ITIL, ISO, Uptime Institute) is a plus.
