About Our Client
Our Client is a Tier 1, Global Retail Company that is a strong leader within the development, manufacturing, sales & marketing and design of footwear, apparel, equipment, accessories, and services, which boasts a wide portfolio of high quality and distinguishable products. They constantly aim to deliver innovative products, experiences and services to inspire the consumer market, which is why they are seeking for Regional Demand Planner (experience with Consumer Goods/Retail in E-commerce setting) to assist them and contribute in this area.
* Regional partnership with planning team to map out retail strategies in alignment with financial targets
*Accurately forecast and manage healthy inventory levels for the respective product categories.
*Support execution of pre-season activities which include launch planning, allocation plan, pricing for new season & range planning
*Support execution of in-season activities which include repeat orders, markdowns & consolidation
*Build and maintain productive relationships within the team, cross-functional teams and franchise partners
The Successful Applicant
You should have a Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration and have significant years of related working experience in the FMCG/Retail/E-commerce Industry from a Demand Planning/Forecasting background. You must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong in analytical skills. You should also demonstrate a sense of urgency & ability to seek-out solutions. You must also be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and influence others. Proficiency in financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business, comprehensive understanding of retail matrix would be an additional advantage.
