About Our Client
Our client is a luxury retail group with established presence across Asia Pacific region. This position is a newly created permanent role.
Job Description
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will:
- Be the point of contact for the Asia Pacific region for all compensation and benefits related issues
- Advisor to business leaders and HRBPs / HR Ops in the region to ensure the alignment of all compensation and benefits solutions with organisation directions and functions/business goals
- Support monthly payroll and commission computation
- Oversee the full spectrum of C&B including the job grading, salary benchmark analysis and review
- Perform annual budgeting and forecast
- Design, review and improve current policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any related majors
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with total rewards operations
- Strong analytical skills and database management skills
- Good project management skills
- Effective communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Expert in Excel and structuring spreadsheets to handle large volume of data
- Working knowledge on excel macros and visual basic would be an advantage
