About Our Client
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical research firm with presence across 15 countries.
Job Description
- Establish and execute performance and rewards policies and processes.
- Work closely with other regional HR team members and local country HR to customise group policies and operations based on BU strategy and local statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Develop staff communications about regional P&C initiatives, policies, and progress.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any related majors
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with total rewards operations
- Strong analytical skills and database management skills
- Good project management skills
- Good knowledge of labour law
- Regional exposure is a plus
