About Our Client

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical research firm with presence across 15 countries.

Job Description

  • Establish and execute performance and rewards policies and processes.
  • Work closely with other regional HR team members and local country HR to customise group policies and operations based on BU strategy and local statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases
  • Develop staff communications about regional P&C initiatives, policies, and progress.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any related majors
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with total rewards operations
  • Strong analytical skills and database management skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Good knowledge of labour law
  • Regional exposure is a plus
