The client seeks a newly created Regional C&B specialist role who will over C&B operations and strateg. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will work as an individual contributor and work in a lean team of HR with exposure into HR Business Partnering with the senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee C&B strategy and operations.
  • Individual contributor role reporting to the HR Director.

Job Description

Reporting to the HR Director, the successful applicant will:

  • Oversee C&B strategy and operations in line with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee salary payments, compensation and benefits policies and payroll vendor management.
  • Research on industry best-practices to develop the internal initiatives including salary benchmarking and data analytics.
  • Be a subject matter expert in partnering with business leadership to identify needs in rewards, by consolidating internal data.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you will have:

  • Degree in HR, Business or a related field
  • 3+ years in Compensation & Benefits with hands on operations experience.
  • Highly effective in business partnering, with a good track record of data analytics.
  • Proactive mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
