Job Description

  • Manage sales activities across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
  • Develop and execute regional and account-based sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and channel partners.
  • Support account teams in progressing and closing sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and forecast sales pipeline; identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Understand and present product technologies and competitive advantages.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales channels and end customers.
  • Prepare proposals, bids, and technical documentation in line with company processes.
  • Ensure compliance with bid procedures and audit requirements.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Account Manager (Asia) should have:

  • Military background or experience working with military clients.
  • High Frequency Radio (HFR) knowledge and hands-on experience.
  • Sales experience (minimum 5 years), ideally in electronics, electrical, or telecommunications.
  • Regional exposure, especially across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%), often on short notice.
