As part of their strategic expansion in the Public sector, they are seeking a Regional Account Director - IT Solutions to lead client management and business development efforts within this industry. This is a regional role based in Singapore.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan focused on Public accounts.
  • Identify high-value target accounts and pursue new business opportunities within the sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to design and implement customized IT solutions, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets with large-scale projects.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and key insights to leadership.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of successfully driving large deals and managing enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong network within the public sectors, especially with C-suite decision-makers
  • Ability to sell a full suite of IT services, tailoring solutions to meet diverse client needs
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional environments, collaborating with pre-sales, delivery teams, and vendors
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to identify opportunities and close high-value deals
