We are now looking for driven and commercially minded individuals to join our team as a Senior Consultant or Associate Manager.

Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, you'll play a key role in driving business growth through consultative sales. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that blends sales, relationship management, and advisory work.

Your responsibilities include:



  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships across MNCs, SMEs, and start-ups


  • Developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market mapping


  • Managing the full 360° recruitment process - from business development and job briefing, to candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management


  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, providing market insights and career guidance


  • Collaborating with a team of passionate, high-performing consultants within a supportive and performance-driven culture

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking ambitious, results-oriented professionals who thrive in a commercial environment.

You will ideally bring:



  • 5+ years of sales or recruitment experience, ideally in a B2B consultative sales environment


  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets


  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


  • A growth mindset, resilience, and motivation to build a successful long-term career in recruitment


  • Prior experience in recruitment (agency side) will be highly valued, especially from a competitor firm
