Job Description

  • Develop and manage client relationships within the Financial Services industry.
  • Identify and attract potential candidates using a variety of resources.
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage.
  • Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Continually develop industry knowledge to remain an expert in your field.
  • Conduct business development activities to increase company visibility within the Financial Services sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or recruitment role, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Strong business development capabilities.
  • A results-driven approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
