The opportunity sits within one of the most established businesses within Page Group Singapore. We pride ourselves in providing the best match of mid-senior level finance and accounting candidates with our clients, which include new start-ups, reputable multinationals and growing SMEs. Your responsibilities will include originating, developing and managing client business relationships, promoting our recruitment services and negotiating the commercial terms of business. You will analyse the needs of each client or assignment and ensure quality and timely delivery. In the 360 recruitment process, besides client development, you will also be committed to identifying the best fit for the opportunity. This includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
Additionally, we also play a consultative role to both our clients and candidate. We provide candidates with career advice best suited to their career objectives. We also guide them on interview techniques and how to write the best CVs. Besides business development and networking, meeting with potential new clients, establishing relationships and developing new business opportunities, one of our most value-added service is advising our clients on market trends, skills development and recruitment tools and techniques.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should hold a university degree in any discipline, while a Degree in Accountancy or Finance will be preferred. Through your tertiary education or early career, you should have demonstrated drive, tenacity, resilience, confidence and a general aptitude for sales, marketing and customer service. Prior work experience in recruitment or any customer-facing field is preferred.
