Job Description

  • Handle reception duties, including answering calls and welcoming visitors
  • Schedule and coordinate the use of meeting rooms.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier shipments.
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth procedures.
  • Serve as the main liaison for vendors and building management.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating office events and activities.
  • Be involved in additional tasks or projects as assigned.



The Successful Applicant

  • Has 1 year of receptionist experience
  • Strong customer service orientation with attention to details.
  • Strong business acumens and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
