Job Description

  • Welcoming clients and candidates, directing them to appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.
  • Handling calls, messages, mail sorting, and courier coordination.
  • Overseeing office cleanliness, stocking supplies, and managing meeting room setups.
  • Scheduling for the Director, confirming meetings, and processing expense claims.
  • Assisting with event planning and coordinating with catering vendors.
  • Posting job ads, managing reports, and performing ad hoc administrative tasks.



The Successful Applicant

  • Has 3 years of receptionist experience
  • Strong customer service orientation with attention to details.
  • Strong business acumens and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application and claims system.
